Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CCOS website, checkout and download flows, and related services. Our separate Licensing Agreement governs what you may do with the CCOS product itself.
Effective date: April 12, 2026
Important: Using the CCOS site or services means you agree to these terms and, where applicable, the separate Licensing Agreement.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the CCOS website, protected download flows, checkout-related pages, customer support interactions, and other related services we make available online.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the site and services lawfully and only for legitimate business, purchase, support, or evaluation purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security measures, or use automated means to abuse protected flows or extract restricted assets.
3. Purchases, access, and protected downloads
Some CCOS pages and assets are public, and some are available only after purchase or access verification. We may require email verification, license keys, account authentication, or other entitlement checks before granting access to protected downloads.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during these flows and for safeguarding your own devices, inboxes, license keys, and account credentials.
4. Licensing
Use of the CCOS product materials is governed by our Licensing Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Licensing Agreement on a product-use issue, the Licensing Agreement controls.
5. Payments and refunds
If you purchase a CCOS product, you agree to pay the stated price, taxes, and any applicable fees. Unless we explicitly state otherwise on the relevant checkout page, digital product purchases are final once access has been granted, except where refunds are required by law.
6. Third-party services
CCOS may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment providers, AI tools, authentication providers, hosting services, or external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, outages, or policy changes.
7. Intellectual property
The site, branding, copy, design, and service materials remain the property of CCOS and its licensors, except where third-party rights apply. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the site, protected flows, or service offering at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services if we believe you have violated these terms, the Licensing Agreement, or applicable law, or if your use creates security, fraud, abuse, or operational risk.
10. Disclaimer
The site and services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, AI outputs, revenue results, platform approvals, or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party tools.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the site, services, or your use of them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the site or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page will control going forward from its stated effective date. Your continued use of CCOS after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
