• usage information needed to operate the download flow, secure access, troubleshoot issues, and protect the site from abuse.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand which pages are working, where traffic is coming from, and how visitors move through key flows such as pricing, fit checks, and getting-started journeys.

We use that information to improve the site, understand conversion paths, and make better product and marketing decisions without running advertising trackers.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product, keep access records, support customers, enforce licenses, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain business records.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete certain personal information, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping needs. You may also opt out of non-transactional emails if we send them.

8. AI platforms and customer content

CCOS is designed to be used with third-party AI platforms and course tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. If you place your business content, prompts, files, or customer information into a third-party AI platform, that platform’s rules control that processing.

Our own role is generally limited to the site, account verification, support, and product delivery infrastructure around CCOS.

9. Children’s privacy

CCOS is intended for business owners and adult users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
