Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement explains what a CCOS customer may and may not do with the digital product itself. If you purchase, download, access, or use CCOS, you agree to this license.
Effective date: April 12, 2026
Core rule: CCOS is licensed to one company for its own use unless we grant a separate agency license in writing.
1. What this license covers
CCOS includes digital materials such as plugins, skills, workflows, remixes, prompts, setup guides, knowledge files, downloads, and related product content made available through the CCOS site or protected delivery systems.
2. Standard company license
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for one company or business entity to use CCOS for that entity’s own internal business purposes.
The licensed company may allow its owner, employees, and contractors to access and use CCOS only on behalf of that same licensed business and only for the benefit of that licensed business.
3. What you are allowed to do
- use CCOS inside your own business workflows;
- customize the materials for your own offers, pages, lessons, marketing, and operations;
- combine CCOS with your own brand, content, prompts, and internal systems; and
- create end-use business assets for your own company using CCOS.
4. What you are not allowed to do
You may not, and may not allow others to:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or transfer CCOS or any portion of it;
- give clients, customers, members, students, or other third parties access to the CCOS source materials themselves;
- upload CCOS packages to a public repo, shared drive, template vault, prompt library, marketplace, or download portal;
- use a standard license across multiple companies, brands, or client accounts;
- create, power, seed, or stock a template marketplace, swipe-file library, prompt marketplace, or similar redistributable catalog using CCOS materials;
- sell CCOS as a standalone deliverable, or include it inside another paid membership, toolkit, or bundle; or
- circumvent access controls, license checks, or download protections.
Buying CCOS does not give you redistribution rights. You can use the system. You cannot turn the system itself into a product you distribute.
5. Agency license
Agencies, consultants, partners, and service providers who want to use CCOS in client delivery need a separate agency license from us first.
An agency license may allow you to use CCOS to produce custom work product for clients and sell that work product to those clients. It does not allow you to hand over the underlying CCOS library, create a reusable client template vault, or operate any kind of template marketplace or resale library sourced from CCOS.
Agency license inquiries should be submitted through Cowork with CCOS or another contact method we publish for licensing discussions.
6. Ownership
CCOS and all related product materials remain the property of CCOS and its licensors. We retain all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
You retain ownership of the original content, brand materials, and business information you provide. Subject to the limits of this license, you own the end-use assets you create for your own business using CCOS, but not the underlying CCOS source materials themselves.
7. Account and access controls
You must keep your access credentials, license keys, and protected download links secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe CCOS is being shared, redistributed, or used outside the scope of the applicable license.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate this license if you violate it. If that happens, you must stop using CCOS and delete or stop distributing any copies of the licensed materials in your possession or control, except for end-use assets that do not expose or redistribute the CCOS source materials.
9. Changes to this agreement
We may update this Licensing Agreement from time to time. The version posted on this page controls from its effective date forward.
