Advanced Setup
Gemini in Antigravity
Use CCOS with Google Gemini inside Antigravity — copy the skills folder into your project and let Gemini install everything for you.
You need the CCOS ZIP file to follow this guide. Download it below — this page will verify your active license. If you don’t have one yet, grab a license from the store.
-
Unzip the CCOS file
Download the CCOS ZIP and fully extract it to a permanent location on your computer. For this setup you’ll need the skills folder from inside the extracted files.
- On Windows: right-click the ZIP and choose “Extract All” — don’t just double-click the ZIP
- On Mac: double-clicking the ZIP creates an extracted folder next to it
- Keep the extracted CCOS folder somewhere easy to find — you’ll be copying from it shortly

A note about Google accounts before you start
Gemini in Antigravity works best with a personal Gmail account that has a paid Google AI plan. If you’re using a Google Workspace account (the kind your company manages), you may run into issues with admin permissions and Google will often try to upsell you to a more expensive plan.
We strongly recommend using a personal Gmail account with a paid Google AI subscription for the smoothest experience. Workspace accounts can work, but you’ll need admin approval for AI features, and troubleshooting gets complicated fast. Many users have had issues getting Gemini connected through Workspace — these problems have nothing to do with CCOS, they’re Google account configuration issues. -
Download and install Google Antigravity
Antigravity is Google’s free code editor with a built-in Gemini AI chat panel.
-
Sign in with your Google account
When Antigravity opens, sign in with the Google account that has your AI subscription. This is what connects Gemini to the editor.
-
Create a new project folder
In Antigravity, go to File → New Window, then File → Open Folder. Choose an empty folder on your computer — this is where CCOS will store everything it creates for you: DNA context files, lessons, site pages, and any other files the skills build.
- Create a dedicated folder for CCOS — something like “My CCOS Workspace” in Documents is fine
- Don’t use a system folder or an existing project — give CCOS a clean space
- On Mac: you can find Documents in the left sidebar of the folder picker
- On Windows: look for Documents or Desktop in the left panel
-
Verify that Gemini AI is working
Before installing CCOS, make sure Gemini is actually connected and responding. Open the Gemini chat panel in the sidebar and send any message — something simple like “Hello, are you there?” If you get a response, you’re good to go.
If Gemini doesn’t respond or shows an error, this is a Google account or subscription issue — not a CCOS problem. Check that: (1) you’re signed in with the right Google account, (2) your account has AI access enabled, and (3) you’re not blocked by a Workspace admin. Resolve this before continuing — CCOS can’t work if the AI itself isn’t connected. -
Copy the CCOS skills folder into your project
From your extracted CCOS files, copy the entire skills folder into your Antigravity project folder. You should be able to see it appear in the file browser on the left side of Antigravity.
- On Mac: drag the skills folder from Finder into the Antigravity file browser
- On Windows: drag the skills folder from File Explorer into the Antigravity file browser
- You can also use File Explorer or Finder to copy it directly into the project folder you opened in Step 5
- You should see the skills folder and its subfolders appear in Antigravity’s sidebar
-
Tell Gemini to install the skills
In the Gemini chat panel, paste the prompt below. Gemini will find the skill ZIP files, unzip them, and install them so they’re available across all of your projects.
Paste this into ClaudeUnzip and install all of the skills found in the skills folder -
Start a new conversation and run the cc-help skill
Once Gemini finishes installing the skills, start a fresh conversation and paste the prompt below. The cc-help skill will orient you and recommend what to do next.
If Gemini doesn’t recognize the skill, try starting a new conversation first. The skills may need a fresh chat to be picked up.Paste this into ClaudeUse the cc-help skill -
Set up your Creator DNA
This is the most important first step after installation. Creator DNA is a set of context files about your brand, audience, tone, and design system. Once these are in your project folder, every CCOS skill automatically uses them to produce output that matches your business.

You’re all set up. Time to build something.
