Numeric Input — Academic / Problem-Set Variant
An open-response numeric question set with tolerance-based feedback styled like a classic academic problem set — pilots an AP Physics worksheet but the pattern fits any STEM or math problem-set practice.
Best for: STEM problem-set practice where each question has a specific numeric answer and the learner needs immediate tolerance-based feedback before moving on.

What it does
- Numbered problem layout — each question reads like a familiar academic problem set, with prompt above and answer field below
- Tolerance-based grading — answers within a small range count as correct, so rounding decisions don't penalize the learner
- Per-question feedback — instant correct/revisit cues beside each answer, with an optional worked-solution toggle
- Score summary — a running tally and final score appear when the set is completed
- Reset and try again — clears all answers so the learner can re-drill the set
Best use cases
- STEM tutoring — physics problems, chemistry calculations, engineering exercises
- K-12 and AP exam prep — algebra, geometry, AP physics, AP chemistry problem sets
- Test prep — SAT/ACT math drills, GRE quant practice, MCAT physics questions
- Trades and licensing — math sections of plumbing, electrical, HVAC certification prep
- Data and analytics training — statistics drills, probability practice, formula application
What you can change with your DNA
When you run this through the remix skill, your CCOS DNA — brand, voice, audience — drives these decisions automatically:
- Colors — slots for page background, problem card background, field background, correct/incorrect feedback colors, and accent
- Fonts — two roles: a clean body font for prompts, plus an optional monospaced or math-friendly font for numeric values
- Copy — title, intro paragraph, problem text, hint text per question, worked-solution text, and feedback messages
- Images — optional problem-illustration slots (diagrams, free-body sketches, graphs) above each question
- Behavior — choose the number of problems, tolerance per problem, whether to show hints/solutions, and whether to grade per-problem or all-at-once
How remixing works
From "swiped it" to "shipped it" in three steps.
